I couldn’t do my job without Richard’s help.  I rely on him because he knows BOTH sides of the business and recognizes when a hotel is taking advantage of me or when I’m asking for too much.  When problems arise after the contract is signed, he goes to battle for me and has been instrumental in resolving these issues quickly and fairly.  Richard is detailed and thinks of things that I don’t normally think to ask when doing site inspections and has the experience to offer suggestions to make our events spectacular. My company has partnered with Site Search, Inc. for the past 10 years and we appreciate his enthusiasm and dedication.
